All isn't as it seems with the results of the latest batch of customer feedback questionnaires. Jeremy Michael, Account Director at Retail Eyes reveals why a 100% satisfaction record does not always inspire 100% occupancy

Imagine you've just taken your partner away for a celebration weekend away. You've booked it directly on the hotel's website, you've got a good rate, the drive to the hotel was fine and you're looking forward to a good couple of days relaxing, eating fine food and treating your other half to a weekend of pampering. The hotel looks amazing. The wow factor is certainly there. The grounds are impressive and the car park clean and well lit. As you enter the hotel, the cool atrium and sophisticated artworks amaze both you and your partner and your first impressions are certainly positive.
