Retail Eyes continues to be the UK’s fastest growing customer evaluation and mystery shopping company and has risen into the top 25 of Marketing magazine’s league table of UK market research companies.
This latest ranking reflects a strong upward trend in business as Retail Eyes has risen 7 places from 32nd in 2007 to 25th in 2008.
Tim Ogle, CEO of Retail Eyes, said: "I am absolutely thrilled that Retail Eyes continues to go from strength to strength. The entire team here in Milton Keynes has worked incredibly hard to deliver qualitative solutions to our clients which are giving them a clear competitive edge in what is a fierce competitive landscape. Like for like sales are up 50% and we have secured major new contracts from clients including BAA, Lloydspharmacy and SSP - the global foodservices group."
With industry growth of 2.3% in 2007, Retail Eyes has eclipsed the sector average and achieved growth of 48% in the last year in what is becoming an increasingly mature and competitive marketplace. Having already secured over £1 million of new business in the first quarter of 2008 alone and with a growth forecast of 40% over the next 12 months, Retail Eyes is predicting a top 20 placing in next year’s league table.
Tim Ogle continued to highlight Retail Eyes fresh approach: "Innovation is at the centre of everything we do. There has been some excellent technological ground work for the company and we are poised to move to the next level while continually building and adding value for our clients."
The company now employs over 80 members staff at its offices in Wicken, Milton Keynes, and lists over 80 of the country’s most highly regarded retailers and service providers amongst its clients.
