Retail Eyes to ensure Pets at Home is top dog for customer service

Fri 1 May 2009

Retail Eyes has been appointed to create a unique customer experience programme for Pets at Home, the UK's No. 1 pet specialist, to help them understand and improve their customers' experiences.

Over the next 12 months Retail Eyes will make a total of 3,000 visits to all 232 Pets at Home stores as part of the PAWS (Passionate About World-class Service) programme.

PAWS will focus on the customer journey and encourage store colleagues to 'Put their best paw forward' by offering the best products to suit the customers' and their pets' needs. The programme will provide insight and learnings about the complete Pets at Home experience from colleague knowledge, passion for pets and products, as well as making customers feel welcome and valued.

Pets at Home is proud of its diverse range of products and services which include: small pets, built-in aquariums, Nutrition Centres, Veterinary services and even pet adoption, and with the support of Retail Eyes, will continue to strive to offer the ultimate experience for pet-lovers.

Tim Ogle, CEO at Retail Eyes commented: "Pets at Home pledges to offer its customers the ultimate pet shop experience and is committed to raising standards of care and advice throughout the pet industry. Its passionate approach to providing customers with the very best service and advice mirrors our own. The exciting PAWS programme demonstrates this commitment and we are delighted to be able to work with them over the coming years in further developing Pets at Home's respected reputation for customer service excellence"
