Completion Co-ordinators
Salary: £7.50 per hour  
Hours of work: 18.00 – 22.00 Monday to Thursday or 9.00 – 17.00 Saturday and 11.00 - 17.00 Sunday.

Based at our Mount Mill offices on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, our Completion team is responsible for ensuring the delivery and quality of customer experience reports sent to our clients.

In this role you will be liaising closely with our shoppers to resolve any queries raised by our team of external Proofreaders in a timely and accurate manner. On gleaning information from our shoppers, there may be the need to make a final edit to reports; it is therefore essential you have a good grasp of the English language and meticulous attention to detail.

The key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Consistent contact with shoppers to monitor and place assignments and resolve proofreading issues; and
• Amending reports as required in accordance with proof ticket resolutions
